Shipping Locations 

We currently offer delivery services to all serviceable pin codes across India. At present, international shipping is not available. 

Processing Time 

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date your order is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email containing the relevant order details will be sent to you. 

Delivery Timeline 

Standard delivery generally takes between 3–8 business days, allowing your selected fashion products to reach you as quickly as possible. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect shipping address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request that the order be delivered again. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photographic evidence. If your shipment is lost while in transit, we will begin the verification process with our courier partner before arranging a replacement or issuing a refund.
