Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first. 
• To submit a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team through email. 
• If your order qualifies for cancellation, the full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

At present, we do not support changes to ordered items or shipping addresses once an order has been placed. If your order is still eligible for cancellation, you may cancel it and place a new order with the correct details.
