• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 
• Please ensure that all original tags, labels, boxes, and packaging are included with the returned item. 
• Items that have been worn, washed, cleaned, or altered in any manner will not qualify for return. 
• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team within this period. 
• Products that do not satisfy these return requirements will not be accepted. 

How to Initiate a Return

Email your return request, along with your Order ID and the reason for the return, to venexisentertainment@gmail.com.
